Born in 2009, we are a leading European software-as-a-service (SaaS) company on a mission to build robust, high-quality long-lasting projects. Our high performance cloud-native flagship solutions, such as Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), helps complex businesses implement new omnichannel operations, orchestrate critical business processes, and improve customer promises across all business channels. We meet the highest IT requirements by achieving performance, robustness, configurability, easy integration, while also mitigating IT risks.
Kbrw is self-founded and has grown significantly over the last five years, with a 30% increase in its headcount and its revenue every year📈. Our solutions are already used by seven CAC40 companies and deployed in over 16,000 sales outlets in more than 120 countries, managing a total transaction value in excess of €30 billion!
With offices in 🇫🇷 Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, Clermont-Ferrand, 🇬🇧London, and 🇪🇸Barcelona, our reach is global and we aim to reach 200+ employees by 2024!

Working hand in hand with Philippe, our CEO, you will lead the HR function to help Kbrw grow !
What will I be doing? 👀
After 1 month:
- HR Core: secure people ops, run diagnostic and setup next period OKRs
- Leadership: first Exco committee
- Talent Acquisition: understand and setup hiring plan with CFO + TA Director
After 3 months:
- HR Core: review people development (process, training plan, career path) + total rewards framework (base + LTIs)
- Leadership: setup Philippe’s direct reports’ IDP
- Talent Acquisition: secure critical positions’ onboarding process
After 6 months:
- HR Core: people/salary reviews, run OKRs
- Leadership: define new open position within HR team as necessary + run own skill gaps analysis
- Talent Acquisition: review budget and hiring plan
You will be pleased to know our current HR infrastructure is strong and we have the following in place:
- People development processes, managers’ training
- Project management capability (Project analyst hired in 2022)
- Good NPS (best place to work) and retention metrics (few regretted loss, seniority in company ~2,5y, +100% increase in 3 years)
- External experts in C&B + People Development
