Our high performance cloud-native flagship solutions, such as Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), helps complex businesses implement new omnichannel operations, orchestrate critical business processes, and improve customer promises across all business channels. Kbrw is self-founded and has grown significantly over the last five years, with a 30% increase in its headcount and its revenue every year📈. Let’s talk about our Supply Chain team ✨
As a key member, you’ll play a vital role in analyzing, structuring, and identifying optimization opportunities within our clients' business processes.
You’ll be at the forefront of designing tailored solutions:
- Ensuring, during pre-sales activities, that KBRW’s proposals emphasise a value-driven approach as a key differentiator from competitors
- Guaranteeing that customer projects remain value-focused once initiated
- Supporting Projects Managers in maximising client value
- Collaborating closely with our product teams to shape the future of our offerings
What will I be doing? 👀
1) Client Goals and Needs Analysis
Goal: Deeply understand the client's strategic, financial, SC & Logistics and operational objectives to identify relevant value levers.
Actions: In collaboration with the project team, conduct discovery interviews&workshops, hold stakeholder interviews, and analyze current processes to pain point key areas for improvement and client expectations.
2) Potential Gains Assessment and Value Analysis
Goal: Quantify the expected benefits of proposed solutions to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
Act: Use value analysis models, financial simulations, and KPIs to assess economic gains, Co2 and costs savings, and performance improvements the solution can generate.
Map and analyze business processes for different personas in our client contexts.
Identify inefficiencies in processes and opportunities for improvement
Simulate and make understandable expected improvements
3) Business Case Development
Goal: Build strong business cases to justify investment scenarios demonstrating project profitability
Act: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to persuade decision-makers of the value of the investment, including financial projections, cost-benefit analyses, and impact studies.
This could occur for new projects but also in On-Going activities to propose improvement recommendations to existing customers.
4) Value Realization Strategy Design
Goal: Define a roadmap for value realization with clear steps to maximize solution impact.
Act: Develop an action plan with milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators, and establish follow-up steps to ensure objectives are met.
5) Performance Measurement, Continuous Optimization and Recommendations
Goal: Ensure ongoing monitoring of performance indicators to evaluate if expected value is realized.
Act: Ensure that Projects teams, CSM teams and Product Management Teams are able to implement tracking tools, continuously analyze KPIs, and adjust actions based on results to maintain or enhance the value trajectory.
Support operational teams to foster and implement in customer side improvement actions
6) Client Satisfaction and Loyalty Management
Goal: Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering expected solution benefits.
Act: Collect regular feedback, manage expectations, and resolve issues that may limit value realization.
Offer complementary solutions or adjustments to reinforce satisfaction and results.
Conduct regular audits, analyze performance gaps, and recommend adjustments to maximize customer satisfaction
Propose complementary services, identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities based on client needs, and participate in developing commercial strategies informed by client feedback.
Support Marketing team to communicate on value driven approach
7) State-of-the-Art Analysis and Thought Leadership
Goal: Ensure that kbrw stays at state of art in terms of Supply Chains trends and technologies
Act: Monitor the market state through various actors, existing business models (relying on available resources like market analysts, field feedback).
Monitor state-of-the-art business modeling and market solutions (competitors and ecosystems).
Integrate market maturity into the formalization of analyses and proposed solutions.
Participate in evangelizing the Kbrw business/product vision both internally and externally through content production (whitepapers, blog articles), and participation in events (meetups, tech conferences/expos).
What do I need from you? 😎
Master's degree in SC Management& Logistics, or Master of Sciences in Industrial Engineering with a SC MSc or MBA
+10 years of experience, with extensive expertise in SC transformation, demonstrated leadership, and strategic ability to align projects with the client’s business objectives.
Advanced degrees or certifications (like APICS CPIM) are a real plus.
Soft skills:
Strategic and Systemic Mindset
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex processes and break them down into manageable parts.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative and critical thinking to find solutions to business problems.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
Hard Skills:
SC Management: In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, with specific focus on distribution and omnichannel patterns.
E-commerce, Distribution, CPG, Mobility Services, Retail, Fashion/Luxury,
Financial Analysis and Modeling,
Strong written and verbal skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly,
Project Management,
Change Management,
Knowledge of software tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Python knowledge is a great plus
Familiarity with optimization tools (such as SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or other ERP and supply chain management software) are a real plus
