Our high performance cloud-native flagship solutions, such as Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), helps complex businesses implement new omnichannel operations, orchestrate critical business processes, and improve customer promises across all business channels. 2 - Our team of 3 dynamic professionals includes Financial Controller, Accounting Specialist and Head of Finance, working together to ensure the company’s financial health.
3 - We navigate complex financial landscapes, manage budgets, optimize performance, and drive profitability, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve.

What will I be doing? 👀
- Project Profitability Monitoring: Report monthly on project margins to the Operations team.
Budget Monitoring: Annually revise budgets based on company needs and inputs from Heads Of. Track quarterly budget consumption.
Payroll Management: Participate in the project and presales resource allocation process (using the Napta tool).
Revenue Forecasting: Consolidate and update all revenue forecasts by client.
SaaS Metrics Monitoring: Track key SaaS KPIs such as ARR, LTV, CAC, etc.
Expense Forecasting: Develop spending forecasts based on resource needs expressed by the Operations team.
Consulting on Project Pricing: Support negotiations by advising on pricing and calculating target margins.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the design and enhancement of the company’s financial processes.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): Conduct quarterly reviews of suppliers in line with the Responsible Purchasing policy, produce the annual carbon footprint assessment, and support CSR evaluations (e.g., Ecovadis).
What do I need from you? 😎
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance
4 to 5 years of professional experience
A background in audit is a strong plus
Solid proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience with information systems, ideally ERP Cegid XRP Flex and resource planning tools such as Napta
Previous experience in the SaaS and/or B2B software industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail and high level of rigor
Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
